June 22, 2004.  This morning, according to the department of defense, the number of American service men who died in
Iraq since the start of the Iraq war was 840. This evening we learned of two more casualties.  The numbers climbed to
842.
Forget about the ones who will die from their wounds, forget about the ones who committed suicide, the ones who will
commit suicide, the ones who lost a limb, two limbs, the ones whose flesh was burned, the ones whose life will never be
the same.  Forget about the Iraqi civilians, the children. They do not want you to know. Forget because you were told
that we were liberating a country, that it was worthwhile and that those who will die would not die in vain.
Today we learned that Kim Sun-il had been beheaded. “I don’t want to die, please help me, I don’t want to die,” he
pleaded yesterday, but do not forget, he did not die in vain even if he was not American.  This is a war, people do not die
in vain in war.
Except, this is Bush’s war.
Three beheaded hostages, how many will be soon?  Get used to it, get used to the numbers.  Remember March 20,
2003 Bush told the world “No outcome except victory”, remember July 2003 he said “Bring them on”
Bush got his wish.
He calls the decapitations barbaric. He said, “The world cannot be intimidated by the brutal actions of those barbaric
people”
Bush should know the meaning of brutal and barbaric acts.  The “decapitation attack” in March 2003, when U.S. and the
coalition forces launched missiles and bombs at so-called targets.
His only victory is to have caught Saddam Hussein. 842 U.S. service men paid the price, Kim Sun-il paid the price.
Bush is a war criminal, and this my friends I will never forget.
